1. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving of the item. We only accept products in their original condition,not altered,damaged or worn...
Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you need to contact customer service via the Help Center and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

2. If we send the wrong item, we will exchange your product and cover all shipping and handling fees.We also agree to return the product and you get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

3. If you are dissatisfied the production you get ,not any product-quanlity issue ,refunds will be not included shipping cost,please note.

As belows are not belong to quality issues:

Exchange Policy
